Week beginning Mon 28th Jan
It's been a busy week, with lots of exciting activities. We were delighted to hear so many of our musicians play, whilst the children came into assembly. Y4 enjoyed a visit fom Anglian Water - they did some 'lovely' activities regarding water pollution. Y6 children used loo roll to map out an evolution time line. Y5 children acted out, and wrote about the Battle of Fulford. Reception children enjoyed using the parachute to practise their counting skills. Y1 children learnt about where money comes from (Ask them about the Bank of England and the Royal Mint). Y2 children looked at types of seeds and then planted their own seeds. Y3 children enjoyed a day at Colchester Castle (photos to follow). Of course, there was lots of maths and English too!
