Our collective worship on Monday was about Courage. We watched this video: Courage Video, and we talked about the times when courage is needed. On Thursday we talked about St George, and the legendary courage he had when he fought the dragon. On Wednesday, Reverend Chris and his colleague, Reverend Adam, talked about the disciples' courage when they had to trust Jesus as he walked on water. He also told the children that he was afraid of snakes! Next week, we will be thinking about World Asthma Day in Thursday's assembly.

Taking Holidays during the school term
Mrs Shipp has been very understanding over the past 18 months or so, with regard to families who have been unable to have any holiday due to the Covid pandemic. We have issued very few penalty notices as part of each time away has been authorised.
From September 2022, holidays taken outside the normal 13 weeks given, will not be authorised. Mrs Shipp will assess each request individually, if there is a specific reason for the holiday or a letter is received from employers giving full details why the holiday is needed, she might be able to authorise some/part of the time away. Some families are taking term time holidays every year, this will not be authorised. Please try to refrain from booking holidays during term time. Thank you
Please remember that breakfast club begins at 7:45am. Please do not arrive earlier than this. Thanks from the breakfast club team.
Please don't forget to send your child's form & money in for our school disco, details as below. If you have mislaid your form, please let the office know. Thank you
Today, a dinner debt letter will be coming home, for those who have a debt for school dinners. Could we please ask that you keep on top of your dinner payments for your children? Please try to pay for the dinners at the beginning of the week, so that your account does not build up too high. Please click below to go to the Suffolk County Council website to pay for school dinners. Thank you
Please can we ask that you pay your Breakfast club in advance, each week? Some of these debts are quite large, please pay your invoice as you receive it. Thank you
Festival Of Suffolk
The Rickshaw for the Festival of Suffolk will be coming to the village on Saturday 14th May. At 1.45pm it will be at Lark Hill, 10 minutes later it will be at the village hall. Please do pop out and give them a cheer if you can. More details can be found at
Please do remember to have a look at the 2nd choice dinners whilst you are away. The menu has been changed for the summer term, so there are different things for the children to try from the start of the new term.
We do only check this section of the website once a week, on a Monday morning, so please do make sure you have signed your child up by Sunday night. You can also go to the link quickly on the school app.
You may have seen we have a few children using crutches or wheelchairs in school at the moment. Could we ask, please keep the disabled bays free, so that those that need them, can park there? Many thanks
