A Moulton resident has alerted us to some potential anti-social behaviour in the park. On Wednesday, a parent was seen lifting their child/children onto the football nets to climb them. This worries us from a safety point of view, but it is also worrying that the children were wearing Moulton School uniform. We work hard to establish a positive reputation for behaviour - we do not want our local community to think that we encourage children to climb on property that does not belong to them, and which is not designed to be used as children’s play equipment. We ask that all parents consider their actions when their child is wearing our uniform, and consider what our local community would look like if all 193 children and parents were to engage in the same behaviour. I have reassured the local resident that I will reach out to our parents in the newsletter, in the hope that this deters similar events from happening again. Thanks for your support with this. Rucksacks & Metal Water Bottles
Can we please ask, if your child brings a rucksack to school, just with their book bag in it, the rucksack stays at home? some of the younger children are bringing bags to school, that are almost as big as they are!!
And, those lovely METAL water bottles... are driving us insane! Please, after half term, do not send your child in with a metal water bottle. Not only are they noisy when they are dropped, they are "clanky" and disturb the children's learning as they are put back on the desk, and they also leak, as the lids are not non spill. We have lots of water on the hall floor each night, after sibling pick up, which can be hazardous if people slip on it. Mrs Shipp has told me she will resign if the bottles don't go!
Science In School
Our Year 6 children had an extra interesting Science lesson this week with Mrs Offley. They had a carousel of science experiments, all to do with light and our eyes! See the full selection of photos on this link: /gallery/?pid=69&gcatid=8&albumid=137
Please remember to pay for your child's school dinners, online if you can. We are aware that we have quite a few large amounts now due, from several parents. Please pay in advance, we do still accept cash and cheques, if you cannot do payments online. The online 2nd choice menu is on the website : /12th-oct-meal-choices

Flu Nasal Vaccinations November 27th 2020
Sadly, as of today, I still have not heard from the Immunisation Team regarding a list of those who have signed up for the Flu vaccinations. The current pandemic is obviously causing lots of issues within the NHS, I am sure the list will be here soon.
Children In Need Day
Friday 13th November is Children In Need day! Our School Council have asked that the children dress up for the day, in spots if they like! The clothes must be appropriate for a full day in school. A minimum £ 1 donation would be brilliant! Thanks
