This Week in School

We have had a productive week, our attendance numbers have been really good and the children have been absolute stars in class. Please can we ask that you continue to sign your children up for school dinner, second choice, vegetarian options in the usual place, on the website, under the Parents tab? And, if you are running late for collecting your child, as traffic delays can occur or you might find yourselves stuck at work, please, if you need to call to advise you are running late, give us as much warning as you can.

A Reminder: this Monday, 18th January, Years 1 & 2 will need to be in their PE kits for their extra (extra) PE lesson.

Stamps for Kidney Care UK

In the school lobby, there is a box, for any used stamps you may have. These are collected and sent to the Kidney Care Uk charity to help raise funds for Kidney Care. A 1kg of used stamps generates £20 for the charity. Please send any in, if you have them at home. Thank you

Extra PE Lessons

Reception: Thursday (children do not need PE kit)

Year 1: Extra PE on Monday (plus normal Tuesday)

Year 2: Extra PE Wednesday (plus normal Tuesday)

Year 3: Extra PE Tuesday (plus normal Wednesday)

Year 4: Extra PE Friday (plus normal Wednesday)

Years 5 & 6 : No extras as have 2 lessons each week already

Cold & Damp Weather

We have now come to some really "cold" weather, when it's damp and misty too. Can we please remind you to send your children in with a warm coat, hat & gloves as we do spend our break times and lunchtimes outside, if the weather permits us.

Moulton Cook Book

The Cook books continue to sell well and our stocks are running low! We have all been trying out various recipes, the Diggers are a good substitute for a brought flapjack, many thanks to the "Lee" family for the recipe! Send your £10.00 in with your child if you want a copy. OR, let the office know if you would like a copy, and drop the money into school when you are next passing.

Extra "Extra" PE lessons on Mondays

The new extra (extra) PE sessions list is below. Please keep it by the front door, or on the fridge. Children will still need to come to school in their PE kits on their extra session days as well as their normal PE days. Thank you
