We have had another lovely week. The children have "eggcelled" themselves with their "eggcellent" Easter Egg entries, check out the website for the photos. Many thanks to all of you for taking the time and making the effort to help your children produce their wonderful creations, each one was a masterpiece in it's own right! Mrs Shipp's Mum was the judge, she said every one of the creations was colourful and different.
Easter is upon us once more. I have had the absolute pleasure of listening to the children singing their Easter songs in the hall, for the brilliant Easter video Mrs Shipp has produced. As we would always ask, please do not share the video on any social media, it has been uploaded onto the Youtube site as a non sharing video. The link for the video is below, if you cannot see your child very well, they chose to stand at the back! Sorry..
We all hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable Easter. Please take care and stay safe too. Mrs Manning

We had a fire drill today! It went very well, the children exited the building quickly and without any fuss. They all stood very quietly in line, waiting for the registers to be taken. The Reception children did exceptionally well, the rest of the school gave them a round of applause as they were so brilliant! The drill was also timed to perfection, the rain came AFTER we got back into school. Phew...
Red Nose Day 19th March
Last Friday morning , when I looked out of the office window, I saw Red, lots and lots of Red!! It was brilliant. Thank you all so much for your donations this year. At the last count, the online donations totalled over £290.00.

Easter Egg hunts in Kentford & Gazeley
We hope you enjoy the Easter Egg hunts in Kentford and Gazeley. Finding clues and locations of items, is a good way to see the villages you live in or near. You could also see how many wild animals or flowers you spot whilst searching, I found a tiny field mouse whilst out walking on Wednesday, it was having a drink from a puddle!
The Kentford Hunt details are available from Kentford village shop. The hunt is on Saturday 3rd April from 10am to 12 noon. And, the Gazeley hunt details are available from the Vicarage in Gazeley. That hunt is on Saturday 3rd April from 2pm to 4pm.
Oh yes, our brilliant Learning Updates are back!! Please do have a look to see what your children have been doing in school this week.
