This Week in School 

Another week has flown by, the days are still warm, but can be a little wet at times.  I'm not sure if it stopped raining at all on Tuesday this week!  Please remember your child will need a coat each day, we do use our outside space as much as we can. 

PTA Meeting Friday 24th September at 2pm 

Our PTA ladies are planning to have a PTA meeting here in school next Friday.  If you would like to join the team, please email them at moultonprimarypta@gmail.com to let them know.  Tea & cake will also be available.      We look forward to seeing you then!!

Year 4 Visit to Newmarket Academy 

Your year 4 child will have brought a blue letter home this week.  They are having the morning at the Academy looking at what is in a school lunchbox.  Please note, you will need to take your child to the Academy by 8.50am on Friday 1st October.  The children will be brought back to our school by lunchtime.  Please sign and return the letter as soon as you can, if you have not already done so.    Thank you  

Dinner Debts

Please do try not to let your child's dinner debts get too high.  We do send out the debtor letters, but we also would like to ask that you keep a record of how many dinners your child has, to make sure you remain in credit.  The online payment system is now working again as per the link below:

Year 3 school dinner payments 

Children in Year 3 do now need to pay for their school dinners, as the Universal Free School Meal system ceases as the children go into Year 3.  The link above can be used to pay online. 

Dates for your Diary 

Friday 1st October:    Year 4 to Newmarket Academy "What's in my Lunchbox?"

Tuesday 5th October:    Individual School Photos, including sibling photos of children here in school. 

Monday 11th October:  Year 2 visit to Bury St Edmunds Cathedral (more details to follow)

Thursday 14th October:  Year 4 visit to West Stow (more details to follow)

Milkshakes & Fruit Juice are back at breaktime!

We are pleased to confirm that milkshakes & fruit juice can once again be purchased from the kitchen door, at break time.  However, these items are NOT available to our Reception children and older siblings should refrain from buying one for their Reception sibling. 

                          Milkshakes are 50p each and Fruit Juice is 50p each. 

Open Sessions for new children in Reception 2022
