Well, what a last week it has been!! Many thanks to you all for "bearing with us" at different times this week. It has been a tough week, with lots of children and staff away, we have all been filling in as best we can, in true Moulton style!
We thank you all for your help and cooperation in school. As we are unable to predict how the pandemic will be as we return to school in January, please continue to use face masks/coverings when on the school site, and try to keep your distance from others. Thank you
Covid Positive over the Holidays
If your child tests positive for Covid on Saturday 18th December or Sunday 19th December, please inform Mrs Shipp, so that she can contact other parents if necessary. From Monday 20th December, you do not need to contact us with a positive case. Mrs Shipp's email is firstname.lastname@example.org
NSPCC Walk for Children
One of our parents will be doing a 5k walk on December 21st, the longest day. Please take a look at her story and donate if you can. Thank you
Plans for the new after-school wraparound care are coming along very well. You might have seen recruitment posters. Fit For Sport, the new providers, will be visiting us in the new year, at the end of the school day, so that you can chat to their lovely representatives in the playground–dates will be confirmed after Christmas. They will also be holding an assembly for parents and children, to share information about their provision. Trial dates for holiday camps are also on the horizon - watch this space for more information.
Thank You All
We have all been blown away by your generosity, your Christmas gifts have been amazing. We are looking forward to seeing our family & friends over the Christmas holidays. Thank you all, you are very kind.
Something to do as the light fades
When my children were younger, at this time of year, we used to go and look at the Christmas lights near our home. There is something magical about the way different lights sparkle and twinkle in the early evening. If you have time, why not take a walk around where you live, see what you can find?

The online payments system can be used for paying dinners and trips. Many thanks to those who have paid their outstanding bills recently.
Please refrain from sitting in the car park waiting for your children, with your car engine running. We know it is very cold at the moment, but, if you arrive too early to school, please switch off your engine, or drive round the block for a few minutes. Car engine emissions are not healthy for our children.
