Our Year 3 trip to Audley End House and Gardens was a fantastic step back in time. Inside the house, pupils explored the contrast between ‘upstairs’ luxury and ‘downstairs’ servant life, and made thoughtful links to their learning. Their questions and imaginative ideas brought the past vividly to life.

Outdoors, we explored the gardens and stables with curiosity and creativity. It was a brilliant day filled with learning, enthusiasm and fun!
